The Human Resources Department assists officials to create and administer policies and practices that attract, develop and sustain a motivated, diverse and high performing workforce and work environment. The Department administers the Personnel Bylaw, maintains compensation and benefit plans; coordinates recruitment, orientation, professional development and employee recognition activities. The Department strives to ensure that all community members are afforded equal protection under the law.
